Second Grade Weaves

Third Grade is for the Birds

The Third grade artists studied John James Audubon and created 3-d birds. Each class made a slightly different bird. Some classes made their birds out of Plaster-of-Paris, some made theirs out of ceramic clay and the last class sewed theirs. They all turned out really cool.

Kindergarten Still Life

The kindergarten artists studied still life paintings, in particular the artist Paul Cezanne. Then we created our own still life. They also completed the painting by creating a dynamic back ground and used collage technique to make the foreground.

Book Collage on Painted Wood

Fourth grade created these collages on wood that they had painted.
We got the inspiration from here.
