As it goes in Indiana, in the spring time we have a couple if beautiful days to trick the daffodils into blooming, followed by a couple of very cold nights. The daffodils can't seem to handle the change. Knowing that, I picked all the blooming flowers outside of my room, before they could be killed by the frost and wind. The second grade artists used the flowers to observe while we made drawings.
