During Career Day here at Shamrock the third and fourth grade learned about different careers. In the art room we discussed what a medical/scientific illustrator does. Then we went to the science lab to make some illustrations from specimens . The students then took those drawings and cropped them making an interesting abstract composition. Next, they painted the work in tints and shades.
